Manager Accounts & Finance

• Responsible for Accounting, Taxation, Legal, and statutory compliance, Cash flow management, Legal and statutory compliances of all legal entities in India. Also drive and ensure timely and accurate annual budget exercise with cross functional teams.

Overall responsibility for accounting and reporting

• Responsible for accounting and tax compliance, development of accounting system and internal controls, ownership of R2R, review and finalization of accounts and statutory and tax audits for Indian entities.

• Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual compliance on TDS, Income tax and TP matters, timely payment, filling quarterly/monthly/annual returns, including various reconciliations.
