Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Leads the day-to-day operations of the Bank’s ABM network, including cash forecasting, load optimization, and third-party servicing, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and file transmission requirements. Oversees forecasting tools, models, and controls to ensure accurate cash positioning, minimize out-of-cash events, and balance service levels with cost efficiency.Manages the ABM claims and settlement process and oversees centralized currency processing, cash delivery, and ABM maintenance programs to ensure effective and reliable service delivery.
