Management and Program Analyst

Summary The purpose of this work is to plan and carry out all medical facility activities pertaining to program analysis. The incumbent is responsible for the assessment and improvement of the Veteran's experience throughout the VA Community Care Service. As the Management & Program Analyst, the incumbent will have responsibility for the management and application of information systems for the clinical and administrative activities. Responsibilities Analyzes data generated from a variety of sources (e.g. corporate data warehouse, Vista, DSS, FDCS) to identify and report issues by provider, program clinic, and service. The incumbent will employ informatics for the development and management of data systems assisting managers in the understanding of the complex VA care systems and creating the basis for data-driven decision-making for performance management.
