Management Analyst

Summary The incumbent serves as a Management Analyst in the Support Services Division (SSD) of the VA Regional Office. The position provides program, administrative, technical, analytical, and management support to the Chief and Assistant Chief, as well as other staff members. A Management Analyst is needed to ensure that the division runs efficiently and effectively and that all program, management, and administrative tasks and responses to inquiries are handled appropriately and promptly. Responsibilities Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Assist and advise management on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Divisions programs and functions Develops, analyzes, evaluates, and improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, management controls, information, and documentation systems.
