**Position Summary:** Responsible for maintaining servicing and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment.
+ Performs maintenance duties including carpentry repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment repairs, replacing bulbs and fixtures, as needed.
+ Completes work orders as directed by the department manage or maintenance lead.
+ Performs seasonal work such as shoveling snow as need...
