In this live-in role, you will handle a variety of tasks including cleaning communal areas, conducting repairs, and performing seasonal duties. Your focus will be on preventative maintenance and enhancing resident satisfaction through prompt responses. You will also assist with vendor inspections and maintain operational records following safety protocols.
