ABM/ABLE, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada!
**Responsibilities**
BASIC FUNCTION
In this role, you will assist the Engineering team with all activities concerned with the general operation and maintenance work of the mechanical, electrical and craft services and working team member within these functions.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Handles special work assignments and trouble calls.
+ Adhere to quality levels and standard practices for all work performed.
+ Learn and follow appropriate safety regulations.
+ Conduct regular inspections, report findings and report to the Facilities Lead
+ Perform any additional duties as directed by the Facilities Lead such as lighting, restroom, plumbing, equipment, etc.
+ Performs basic functions that may include: plumbing, mechanical, painting, drywall repair and safety.
