- The Maintenance Surveyor is a critical role within the local authority, responsible for delivering a high-quality and responsive surveying service across Southern Housing's property portfolio. This position ensures that the housing stock is maintained to the highest standards, with repairs completed efficiently and cost-effectively. The role also ensures compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and health and safety requirements.
