SCOPE & PURPOSE
Under the daily direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical property, as well as overseeing the maintenance staff. (S)he may be asked to perform other duties as assigned, as per their Manager and/or Regional Director.
Pay Range : $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are appropriately carried out by someone who has the proper training and or licenses required to complete specific tasks.
- Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of an organization.
- Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same.
