Maintenance Supervisor - The Toro Company

This employee plans, conducts, and supervises the activities of the Facilities/Molding/Extrusion Maintenance Department which is responsible for. They forecast labor needs, schedule work to meet deadlines and technical requirements, prepare proposals and estimates, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend significant procedural or operational changes. This employee works with considerable latitude for action and decisions.


Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Continuous Improvement – Proactively support the corporate goals through participation, training, and management. This could involve the installation of new equipment, reorganization of existing equipment, improving operating efficiency through preventative maintenance, and analyzing existing machine performance to optimize efficiency.
