Supervise, coach, and motivate the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime. Monitor production downtime, inspections, repairs, and improvement projects. Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
