Maintenance Supervisor (Multiple Shifts)

We are working with a manufacturing organization seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced production environment. This individual will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance activities, support equipment reliability initiatives, and help drive safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and provide direction to maintenance technicians across the facility

• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
