About the Role
We are looking for a maintenance supervisor to lead and support the maintenance team in delivering preventive, corrective, routine, and on‑demand maintenance services for treatment plant facilities. In this role, you will ensure maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established processes, best practices, and all applicable internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance team and contractor activities and performance
- Adhering to Aquatera’s asset management policy and standards
- Overseeing the maintenance of work order records within computerized maintenance management software (CMMS); initiating documents to obtain formal approval of work required
