This role is ideal for a proven maintenance leader with a strong background in supervising skilled trades teams, driving preventive maintenance programs, managing budgets and projects, and improving equipment reliability. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective plant operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
