Maintenance supervisor

Job Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage equipment operation at our paint plant in Tepexpan, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance plans and follow up on strategic goals.
• Maintain facilities through preventive, predictive, and unplanned maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and efficiency.
• Apply technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Control and follow up internal purchase requests across categories.
• Manage the maintenance budget and work to reduce maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of systems and tools.
• Develop strategies to meet departmental needs.
• Inspect all areas, identify potential issues, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
