+ Lead morning Toolbox and Assign Work
+ Walkdown WO and make Plan Jobs – manpower duration, safety considerations, equipment, tools, materials, etc.
+ Review backlog and planning list for duplicate work orders.
+ Approve WO’s and edit work orders to insure accuracy, standardization, billing/payments, proper support documentation, timeframe, assigning contract resources, and updating as needed
+ Spot Check Critical Work
+ Order all required materials and verify they are accurate before scheduling the work
+ Receive parts in purchasing system upon arrival
+ Be primary responsible person for warehouse management (Receiving, issuing, setting up and managing i...
