Role Overview

The Maintenance Care Partner is responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the community to ensure it remains safe, comfortable, and welcoming for all who live and work there. This includes performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and grounds keeping while responding promptly to service requests. In alignment with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of our community, this role supports a homelike atmosphere where residents feel a sense of independence, dignity, and belonging. The Maintenance Care Partner recognizes that a well‑cared‑for environment fosters meaningful connections, engagement, and a thriving community for both residents and care partners.
