Primary Function
Supports the Facilities Department in Maintenance Planning, SOE Expenses & Payment, and Vendor Management for Plant Facilities Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance Planning Support In charge of scheduling and tracking preventive & corrective maintenance tasks across equipment and facilities Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities SOE Expense Management Support in SOE Budget Planning and Expenses Tracking Monitor and report on Statement of Expense (SOE) spending to ensure alignment with budget forecasts Update on monthly SOE expenses and align with maintenance needs Collaborate with finance teams for accurate and timely expense reconciliation Vendor Management Request and negotiate quotations (RFQ) from approved vendors for maintenance services and equipment Oversee service scheduling, monitor service quality, and ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues Maintain healthy vendor pool and annual e...
