Maintenance Planning Analyst II – Heavy Maintenance Scheduling

Responsibilities
Analyze company routines and, through in-depth studies, identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes.
Create controls and KPIs for the department's key procedures.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains in long-term maintenance planning processes, proposing changes to the maintenance structure.
Identify areas for improvement in the company's long-term maintenance planning.
Perform heavy maintenance scheduling, including medium- and long-term projects (5-year plan).
Execute monthly close-out of maintenance scenarios.
Run scenario simulations related to budget cycles.
Develop Power BI dashboards to present the area's KPIs.
Contribute to the development of planning processes through analysis together with the responsible team members.
