Title: Maintenance Planner
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Plant Engineer
Status: Salaried Exempt
Position Purpose: Prepare weekly maintenance schedule, maintain Maintenance Department key performance indicators (KPIs), to help maximize plant performance.
Accountabilities
- Conduct regular meetings with the maintenance team and equipment owners to establish work priorities and schedule equipment outages.
- Work with maintenance team members to plan work orders, ensuring adequate instructions, parts, and labour resources are available.
- Increase equipment reliability by developing proactive measures, reviewing equipment failures, and implementing PM tasks to avoid recurrence.
- Prepare work plans and schedules for all major equipment shutdowns; keep equipment owners updated on progress....
