Maintenance Planner

Prioritize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow up all plannable and predictive maintenance work performed within the facility and/or on Lineage or customer assets including labor, parts and material, and equipment access while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Workwithmaintenanceleadershiptoobtainapprovalonallplansformaintenanceworkanddetermine resource availability

Coordinate and communicate with appropriate maintenance vendor(s) for timely repair of equipment or assets

Communicate resource schedule to leadership including potential facility and/or asset shutdowns

Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System to update work orders and track accuratemetricsontheperformanceofplanningandschedulingfunctionsandprovidetimelyreportsto leadership
