Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Letterkenny Army Depot, Directorate of Industrial Operations, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Oversees employees engaged in a variety of trades (carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, maintenance mechanic mixed skills). Plans the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools on weekly, a day-to-day or project basis. Assigns work to individuals and provides technical direction and help on difficult work processes. Inspects completed work for quality and meeting work order requirements Coordinates projects beyond internal capabilities with contractors.
