Licensed tradesperson or working towards license (i.e. electrician, plumber, industrial maintenance mechanic, HVAC mechanic, etc.) is required Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field Experience working in a large centre or facility such as a school, recreational centre, or hospital would be an asset. Must be able to work in an unpredictable & changing environment Must be able to multi-task Experience in electrical, carpentry/painting, plumbing, heating and air conditioning required Must have good verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate to all levels. Must be self-starting, inwardly motivated and a proactive individual. Needs to be able to work productively within a team with minimal supervision.
