Maintenance Mechanic

Summary As a member of the Station Level Project Team, the incumbent is responsible to perform a wide range of duties for the following trades. Journeyman level experiences in mason and electrical work is required. Responsibilities Major duties and responsibilities will include: Performing maintenance and repair of architectural, mechanical, and electrical components of buildings; Installing, modifying, and repairing furniture items, doors, windows, floor coverings, baseboards, and signage; Installing, modifying, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems; Conducting inspections and performing routine maintenance on area of responsibility assigned; Constructing/framing metal stud dry wall partitions and drywalling, mudding, taping, and plastering; Patching and painting various surfaces; Performing snow removal using vehicles for snow plowing, snow blowers, and shoveling; Keeping storage areas clean, orderly, and organized to maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, tools, and mat...
