Maintenance Manager (Zacoalco de Torres)

Establish a system of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, and execute these on molding and assembly lines. Coordinate the above with your team and the relevant relationships with internal and external suppliers. This position is open for the second Molex Plant located in the municipality of Acatlán in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

You will join a team based on principles that continuously challenges the status quo. Collaborate with multiple functions within operations, development, and transformative capabilities to create mutual benefit.

• Provide leadership and direction for the safety of all employees and visitors of the facilities.
• Lead, track, and improve performance in key location goals and objectives that create the greatest value.
• Encourage and develop employees to improve their individual and organizational performance and practice a principle-based business approach.
