We’re looking for a skilled and service-driven Maintenance Manager to lead and support a team of building maintenance technicians. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day building operations, ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, and play a key role in delivering a well‑maintained, high‑performing property in our portfolio. You’ll be the bridge between technical work and team leadership—providing support in the field while helping your team grow and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and support the work of maintenance staff at a Chard property and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among operational teams.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc.) are operating safely and efficiently.
