The Maintenance Manager will divide their time between 20% administrative tasks and 80% fieldwork, including plastering and painting. Schedule: Day shift with variable hours depending on needs. Must be available for emergencies.
Salary: Starting at $62,000/year
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
