Mission

Homologation, standardization, creation and implementation of maintenance plans for processes, equipment, and buildings to ensure the correct maintenance of assets and actives (preventive, corrective, predictive). Develop innovative and world‑class machinery/equipment and systems for the MTO division for its cut & sew processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimation for the budget needed in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance at MTO plants.
• Create and implement maintenance plans that ensure correct upkeep of processes, equipment, and facilities.
• Support the transfer of maintenance programs to the southern region to reach full capacity (Juarez densification).
