The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager is the site lead for all engineering matters within a building. They are responsible for leading their team, building a culture of safety, ensuring statutory compliance, providing high equipment availability, and working with the global engineering team to plan for future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team, own the annual reporting responsibilities, and mentor direct reports who develop technicians.
- Work with site Safety, Environmental, Sustainability, and Site Leadership teams to implement, record, and audit compliance programs.
