Maintenance Leader

Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a leading industrial manufacturing in their search for a Maintenance Leader to join their Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario facility. This newly created leadership role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager to provide stronger tactical leadership and day‑to‑day execution of maintenance operations, allowing senior management to focus on strategic initiatives. The Maintenance Leader will lead maintenance activities on the shop floor, overseeing Maintenance Supervisors from multiple teams while ensuring equipment reliability, process continuity, and the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
