Job Overview

Weyerhaeuser is searching for a Maintenance and Engineering Manager. This position is part of the Engineered Wood Products (EWP) business and reports to the Mill Manager of the Kenora TimberStrand manufacturing facility in Kenora, Ontario. The role is full‑time, exempt, and responsible for all maintenance associates and functions, including safety, maximizing machine productivity and uptime, and the condition and upkeep of the facility.
