**We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer** to support the day-to-day maintenance of a residential community. This role is responsible for ensuring apartments, building systems, and common areas are safe, clean, and operating efficiently while delivering excellent service to residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
+ Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
+ Conduct apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
+ Maintain property grounds and common areas.
+ Troubleshoot building systems and resolve maintenance issues.
+ Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency repairs.
+ Document and track work orders using property management systems.
