Maintenance Coordinator 2nd shift

Position Objective

Ensure the right execution of the business unit strategy through management of resources: people, equipment, tools and budget. Be the key stakeholder with other areas in order to achieve the production goals, ensure the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction. Also is in charge for improving the availability and performance of the machines.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe environment of all Maintenance Operations
• Develop maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the proper maintenance of assets during its lifetime and maintain uptime of equipment to world class levels.
• Develop and present annual sustainability plan for the equipment replacement (life cycle strategy)
• Participate upstream with plant Engineering team for new infrastructure and equipment modifications required to support the business continuity and capacity increase of production’s operations all in accordance ...
