WHAT WILLYOUDO?

• Responsible for managing resident requests and engaging in proper follow-up to ensure work orders are completed ina timelyand satisfactory manner. This includes but are not limited to maintenance, pest, qualityassuranceand general work orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service to develop long-term relationships with our valued residents.
• Prepare units for occupancy including but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, heating, plumbingand minor electrical repairs. Ensure market ready apartments,common areas, and amenities are clean andmaintaineddaily to Avenue Living Residential quality standards.
