Woodbridge Pallet is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support our day-to-day maintenance and repair operations on our afternoon shift. This role is a great entry point for someone looking to build a career as a Maintenance Mechanic or working toward a skilled trade in maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs of equipment, tools, and machinery
- Support preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Perform basic repairs (carpentry, minor mechanical work, general upkeep)
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Assist with equipment inspections and report issues to the Maintenance Team Lead
