Maintenance Assistant - handyman

Position Summary

General maintenance of warehouse and surrounding grounds. Restocks supplies; Operates  garbage compactor and cardboard baler. Periodically paints and performs routine maintenance repairs and tasks throughout the warehouse. Purchases supplies needed for projects. Follows proper safety and security procedures and standards.  Provides prompt and courteous member service.

Job Duties/Essential Functions

• Main role is handyman repairs and maintenance
• Cleans warehouse floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms 
• Follows departmental standards for cleanliness and performance of duties 
• Restocks supplies. 
• Empties trash from designated areas throughout the warehouse when needed
