MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Our client, a large precious metals producer with operations around the world, has retained our services to conduct a comprehensive search for a Maintenance Manager for their flagship operation in Canada. The successful individual will be a consensus builder that has well honed social skills and can continue to build and develop a large, world-class team while looking to the future.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance and reliability functions and is responsible for the development, implementation and management of all maintenance systems and associated procedures that ensure maintenance teams safely deliver high quality, cost effective and reliable asset performance which supports the long-term delivery of business objectives inclusive of shutdown management.
