Position Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repair of buildings and related work across all Garden properties, including the perimeter fence. The primary responsibilities of a maintainer include Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, shop work, and automotive repairs.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Fulfill assigned work orders. Ability to take direction from management and effectively communicate with managers, team members, and garden staff.
+ Execute new projects from inception to completion related to the construction or fabrication of new structures or items.
