Mainframe Tester

We are looking for a Mainframe Tester to manage and oversee the testing processes for our banking client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing mainframe applications and systems to ensure they meet client requirements and are functioning correctly.

In this role, you will

• Perform testing of mainframe applications.
• Develop and maintain test cases and test data, using automated testing tools where appropriate.
• Involved in testing both web UI and batch mainframe backend testing.
• Develop and maintain both batch and online applications using mainframe technologies COBOL, JCL, DB2.
• Implement functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on mainframe applications.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment on testing objectives.
