Mainframe Operator (Batch Monitoring and Remediation)

**Job specifics/Responsibilities**:
- Execute system shutdown and start up
- Configure system using hardware console
- Configure, control, and assess system instrumentation tools
- Control hardware devices configured to system
- Understand and manage system tasks (STC)
- Configure and manage system and complex tape resources
- Diagnose system performance
- Analyze and resolve system problems
- Understand and control major system tasks.
- Expected Support: 7 X 24, including all Supplier holidays
- Change Management: Must be able to create, open, approve, update, and close change requests and records in Service Center/SRA, including but not limited to IMAC, Line Item, RFCs, RIs, RFAs. Includes all applicable national and international change management processes and records.
