Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage enterprise Mainframe and Open Systems infrastructure to ensure maximum system availability.
- Perform proactive monitoring of servers, operating systems, applications, ATM systems, middleware, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor, schedule, execute, and troubleshoot batch jobs using enterprise scheduling tools.
- Execute End of Day (EOD), End of Month (EOM), and scheduled production processing activities.
- Perform job submissions, reruns, restarts, recovery procedures, and batch scheduling according to established SOPs.
- Execute IPL activities and planned production maintenance activities.
- Perform first level incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution while escalating complex issues to Level 2 support teams.
