Job description
- Be part of a dedicated HSEQ team that supports both operations and projects
- Coach and advise crew and colleagues on safe work practices
- Monitor and follow up on safety programs, audits, and KPIs
- Drive compliance with ISO standards, ISM Code, and internal policies
- Perform inspections and risk assessments on board
- Participate in incident investigations / lessons learned sessions
- Take part in safety organization meetings offshore and coordinate with shore-based teams
- Serve on the Crisis Management Team as Emergency Coordinator
