Opportunity Description
Ersilia seeks a Helpdesk Specialist in Mexico City, 100% onsite, to support our Global Service Desk with a strong macOS focus. You will resolve incidents, perform hardware and OS troubleshooting, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include imaging MacBooks, OS installs, and managing Jira tickets, while providing stakeholder support in Slack and Google Workspace. 3–6+ years in a helpdesk role and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise are required.
