**Machine Operator – Precision Grinder**
**Pay: $18–$30/hour (based on experience)**
**1st & 2nd Shift Available**
**About the Role**
We're seeking a skilled **Machine Operator – Precision Grinder** to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating grinding equipment to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
**Schedule**
**1st Shift**
+ Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
**2nd Shift**
+ Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 12:15 AM
+ Friday | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (additional hours as needed)
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate surface and finish grinding machines.
+ Adjust speeds, feeds, and machine settings based on material requirements.
+ Dress and maintain grinding wheels to achieve proper finishes.
