Machine Operator

Machine Operators, $20-$25/hr based on experience

1st shift 7am-3:30pm....................................................$20-25

2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm (10% differential)...........$22-27.50

3rd shift 11pm-7:30am (15% differential)............$23-28.75

**BONUS OPPORTUNITY: $3,000 after 3 months | $5,000 after 6 months**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and manage extrusion machinery effectively.
+ Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
+ Perform assembly tasks as needed.
+ Utilize hand and power tools safely.
+ Maintain high standards of quality in production output.

**Essential Skills**

+ Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of machinery.
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculation.
+ Familiarity with extrusion processes.
