**Job Overview**

Harger, now a part of TE, a leading manufacturer of lightning protection and grounding components, is seeking a Production Operator to operate various machines to produce parts for internal and external customers.

**Job Requirements**

+ Set up and operate various machines and assemble parts as directed by Cell Lead.
+ Read and understand bill of materials and blueprints of drawings.
+ Communicate with Cell Lead on all issues related to discrepancies on drawing or BOM.
+ Work closely with the Quality Department to conduct inspections during the production process and verify product meets customer specifications and i...
