We are seeking motivated, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join the production team on the outskirts of Dover; this exciting opportunity allows you to join a committed team with progression, overtime, and bonuses.
The Role
Position: Full-time, permanent
Location: Dover, UK - Will need to drive due to location
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days & nights) - Rotating - 5:45am to 6:15pm then 5:45pm to 6:15am
Hours: 40.25 per week (12.5-hour shifts)
Pay: £12.71 per hour (days) | £14.15 per hour (nights)As a Production Operative, you'll help manufacture high-quality products, operate production machinery, handle materials, and support smooth, efficient production processes.
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble, pack, and inspect products in line with quality standards.
Carry out routine quality checks and report any defects or issues.
