Ultimate Jet Vacations seeks a Concierge Coordinator to arrange post-booking travel details, including transportation, excursions, yachts, and helicopter rides, ensuring an exceptional vacation for clients.

You will service client questions quickly, manage vendor relationships with DMCs and excursion providers, and work with the Concierge team to deliver a personalized, high-quality experience. LatAm-based candidates are welcome; outside the US, contractors handle their own taxes.
