What you’ll do:

• Assist in leading and supporting the Home Centre team in all areas including day‑to‑day operations; short‑term/long‑term planning while maintaining a positive, teamwork‑inspired, safety‑conscious environment.
• Oversee lumber and yard operations to include compliance with organizational standards (brand, image, merchandising, asset protection, etc.) and legislative standards (employment standards; safety standards).
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals through pricing, sales, margins, expense and inventory control, etc.
