LPN - Pediatrics

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse experienced in supporting pediatric clients under 6 who require complex medical care. This role is ideal for an LPN who values a consistent schedule, can work independently, and is passionate about providing high‑quality care in home and community settings. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric clients in home and community settings, delivering care with compassion, excellence and responsiveness in the comfort and safety of the client’s specific care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with current provincial registration and at least two years nursing experience in home or community based settings.
• Experience caring for pediatric clients under 6 requiring complex medical care.
